Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy for standard items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, contact us at ironsdiecastracing@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Approved returns must be shipped back with tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom & Special-Order Items
While all items are produced after ordering, custom or special-order items are defined as parts or configurations not listed for sale on our website at the time of purchase.
These items are non-refundable once production has begun. This includes:

One-off or prototype parts

Custom dimensions or connectors

Custom layouts or configurations designed via email
If you’re unsure whether your order is considered standard or custom, please contact us before purchasing.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photos so we can make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Orders shipped to the European Union may be canceled or returned within 14 days of delivery for eligible standard items. Custom or special-order items are excluded once production has begun.
